FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL
Originally from Mahikeng in the North West Province, where he obtained his primary and secondary education. Graduated from the JHB University of Technology in Architecture in 1998. He gained extensive experience at Architectural company, Lite Architecture (formerly TPC Architects). Subsequent to nine years of dedicated service, he started his own practice in October 2007. Mr. Mogotsi’s focus in Architecture positioned acquire more projects from various Clients. His leadership and management acumen has brought trust and confidence to the practice’s Clients and other industry professionals.
As a Level three Contributor with 100% procurement recognition, Botaki & Associates strongly supports equal employment opportunity and economic empowerment, accepting those as crucial components to our country’s broader transformation imperative.
We have a long standing with our insurance company, Aon (Santam), and are covered for loss, theft, professional indemnity. We are proud to say that we have never had a claim in the many years we have worked with the company.
We ensure that all our specified material are SABS approved.
Botaki & Associates operates from Roodepoort, Johannesburg – Gauteng Province. This is a strategic location for the company as it offers easy access to other parts of the country or provinces.
We do not only produce architectural designs and technical specifications or provide construction management services, we deliver that and more. We give a personal and proactive service which is always tailored to our clients’ particular needs and believe that appropriate verbal, written and graphic communication is fundamental to the success of all projects.
